THE PROBLEMS:

• Drug dealing
• Loitering 
• Broken APD 360 camera
• Lack of response or desired outcome to 911 calls
• Unsustainable Funds to hire Off Duty APD 

WHY:  To address actionable solutions to create a safe environment for everyone. 

WHERE: In the parking lot behind the old Graveyard Tavern.
