911? 311? It's important to know who to call when a situation arises. Join us as we discuss EAV's brand new pilot program with Intown Cares and how to get help when something isn't right.  You can expect an overview of homelessness in EAV and the critical role that outreach plays while also learning the correct protocol for dealing with situations in real time. We'll debunk myths, correct common misconceptions, and leave attendees with time for their questions to be answered.  

Leading the discussion will be Councilmember Liliana Bakhtiari and Michael Nolan, EAV's Community Case Manager with Intown Cares.
